You have to make quit a bit of coin to afford tickets on the first three decks of the new alumni side, not even talking about the suites and boxes. Those seats are expensive as shite and require longterm commitments.
And we dont have a whole lot of t shirt fans. LSU was effectively Lousiana's pro team for decades with the Saints traditionally being terrible.

So a large portion of the "older" folks in the stadium makes at least 750k a year? Please define a large portion and older.

LSU and The Saints have won a Championship more recently than any college/pro team from Texas.
