Um no, it wouldn't. If two kids in a fraternity live in a dorm room together, is that a fraternity house?
A fraternity house is not the same as a house where four guys in the same fraternity live

I wouldn't know but I'm sure a "frat house" is a house owned by the frat, not four random frat stars
