Under Blowbo

2 - 3 beating the likes of Savannah State at home and Texas-San Antonio by 2 with Boise State coming to town.

so he's already halfway to toaling mcelwain's first year totals..cool.

You also left out that 2 of his 3 losses have been in overtime (in his 2nd and 3rd games ever as a head coach).

Alsbolutely blows my mind how childish some people are towards a guy that ISN'T EVEN HERE ANYMORE, came here out of HS, gave his all for us at QB in some LEAN years when we sucked, and then coached here for 14 years and set numerous records as a playcaller. That guy has done more for UGA than any of us could ever dream of doing, and people still want to rail on him because he had the misfortune of having willie and grantham as a DC for 9 years.

Unbelievable.

I can't even wrap my head around it. He gets the most unwarranted hate of any coach.

I never railed one damn bit about his playcalling and oc stats. I did ask if he is to blame for our current lack of QB as he WAS the QB coach and he had Bauta, Ramsey and Park under his coaching and all three evidently are busts. So, why the hell isn't he partially to blame. He helped choose who to recruit and coached them. 2 out of the 3 options (recruiting, coaching, performance) he had input on. Yes, the players are to blame themselves also. I can see 1 bust but all three. What the hell?

What a dolt.

CST had 1 winning season in 9 prior to McElwain's arrival, the last 3 were all 3 - 9. Bobo came into a program that went 10 - 2 in McElwain's last year, his third. Think that is different?

I am not blaming the lack of QB development on Bobo (I lay that fully on the feet of Richt), but rather saying he has his heads full at CST and he does. That was perfectly clear in my post. With Boise coming to town, at the end of Saturday, that record is going to be 2 - 4, which is your mind is still half way to McElwain's first year record and you call it good. Rams' fans probably feel a bit different coming off a 10 - 2 regular season.

See how that works? Things are relative.
