This is a rather interesting read:

SEC Film Study LINK

One thing that was rather interesting in the embedded film was the issues the initially collapsed the pocket came from the left time and time again. Rawlings didn't seem to have a ton of issues in those clips. Also 24 of the Gators points were set up by our turnovers....so it was basically the opposite of the Bama game except everytime Ole Miss started to change momentum they shot themselves in the foot.

One that I thought really hurt early on was they were either up 7-0 or 13-0. We had just completed a pass to about the 40-45 then next play snap goes over Kelly's head and then it's 2nd and 24. If we would have scored anything that drive we make it a game IMO. But that snap screwed is bad.

I don't know why the frick we insist on giving them so much cushion on the outside. Teams have eaten us alive on little 5 yard outs or hitch routes all year long.

I think it's a mental thing - I don't know if our team realizes that being the #3 team in the country means you are the hunted every week.

Honestly, you need to bring your shite and be on the razor's edge, especially early in games. You need to be desperate and hungry to deal with the other team's best shot.

Alabama has been great at dealing with this for years. Everyone is hating on tOSU this year bc they are winning these ugly games. They are playing the other team's Superbowl each week.

Ole Miss revealed Ole Miss' true identity: 1 dimensional offensive play calling, ineffective O-line, no inter-game or intra-game adjustments on offense or defense.

It took watching the film from 1 SEC game [Alabama] for everyone else to figure this out, including Vandy, who exploited it. Florida watched the Bama and Vandy games, and embarrassed us.

Face it: we were a paper tiger. Adjustments have to be made or we are going to be embarrassed in every remaining game starting with, and including, Memphis.
