If you get your weather information and learn about systems, hurricanes, etc. from the freaking tonight show and from hysterical headlines in the British "press," or even in the press in general, I can't help you.
I suppose I could post weather maps of that week, day by day, and explain... but that would deprive the parvenu from exercising their initiative by searching on line for 10 minutes.
Wild-chap... please note: "combination of tropical moisture and a non-tropical system." I question the "tropical moisture" part.
