Vanderbilt had the South's first football stadium, was the South's first football power and was responsible for Alabama's coach of coaches.
They might have struggled for years now and be an easy write off, but it all had to start somewhere.

Did Vandy have a stadium before the 1922 stadium? if not, this is not true
