The amount of rooster crows during a game is ridonkulous

I know. Petty thing to bitch about. But 4 times every 3rd down and 4th down is just too much. Especially if we're playing someone like UCF or Citadel.

Meh I agree about the lesser opponents and the think the same thing about Sandstorm but I really don't notice the rooster crow that much

It annoys away fans and I think it pumps fans up. I like it.
It's part of being a rooster, one of the more unique things about our school. Be proud of it. I personally love it when one of our fans can scream out a good sounding one (especially if we're sitting close to the other team's fans)

I actually posted about this a couple years ago. The SEC had banned us from playing the rooster crow any time during conference games unless it was after a scoring play. I guess we are making up for it by playing it over and over again. Personally I think we should go back to only playing it after either a score or a big play not on an ordinary 3rd down play on defense (as rare as that is) or after a 1st down on offense.

I agree.
Watching the replay of the Kentucky game they waaaaaaay overdid it. I was telling my wife the same thing, they play it too damn much and need to cut it out. It's outta hand.
