Arkansas and Tennessee are both above the national average in minority populations (almost the exact same)
Mississippi is about to be smaller than Arkansas.
Tennessee has twice the population of Arkansas or Mississippi.
Yet in the past 10 years Arkansas has had the overall best records and rankings. I know, everyone hates facts when it doesn't suit their statement.
