Finch doesn't like Grier, though.

If he can perform against Ole Miss during the entire game like he did Tennessee in the fourth quarter, I'll change my tune.

And he did have some Driskel type moments Saturday. Just sayin'. He's young though so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

What has Harris shown you exactly that makes you think Grier is not the guy?

Driskel while at Louisiana Tech is 12 - 1 for turnovers to touchdowns (rushing included).

Grier has weapons this year, Driskel had absolutely none. It's bizarre how quarterbacks from UF go to other schools and do perfectly well.

Murphy.
Brisset.
Driskel.

So just lay off Driskel now, okay? The experiment is pretty much completed as to what sucked about our offense the last few years. (The answer is not our quarterback, it's our HC.) Thanks dude.

Grier is a redshirt freshman who before this season hadn't played since high school.

I'd say hes done pretty damn well so far.

Absolutely NOTHING Grier did on Saturday reminded me of Driskel. Nothing. He was the anti-Driskel actually. When the team needed him, he became a man. And for a redshirt freshman quarterback in his third career start, I'd say we found our guy. We haven't seen a quarterback take over a game like that since Tebow. Nothing about what Grier did on Saturday reminded me of Driskel.
