In my country opinion, since the whole "put it on the help board" defense is inadmissible on TD, the challenge by RD & the -2.5 acceptance by the nerd should be binding at least on the Dawgrant since TD doesn't get involved with these & it's an honor thing. Seems like DGD's decision should be easy...

Now you're making my head spin on a Friday afternoon with the cocktail hour fast approaching.
You have a couple of legal issues as to whether a contract was formed with a lot of back and forth. I don't know that posting it on the Help Board was truly a condition precedent to formation of the contract--it sounded like a mere formality to me and maybe JacketFan was just trolling because to my knowledge the Help Board has never been used for that type of thing. And then RD comes back to try to change it from permaban to a two month ban which sounds like a counteroffer but JacketFan never agrees to that so was there even a contract formed?
Y'all brief it if you want to but I'll take the easy and clearest route and opine that assuming arguendo a contract was made it was void and unenforceable as violative of TD's public policy against recognition of permaban bets.
