$3.6 Million per year and he has only won 5 SEC games since getting to TN. (Overall record 14-14, SEC Record 5-11)
Why don't yall accept the inevitable - you will be looking for a new coach at the end of this year. Yes, he's put together some nice recruiting classes but none of it seems to translate onto the field. If he was a winner, it would have shown by now.
