the appearance of multiple sources of light in the footage

The NVidia video did a nice job of debunking this. Granted, a tinfoil guy says NVidia isn't a good source. Not sure what qualifies as "a good source".

No, it doesn't. The flag "waves" from being planted, then continues to wave for a few seconds because... well, why shouldn't it?

there does not appear to be an impact crater from the lunar landing module

1/6th Earth gravity means there wasn't all that much thrust.

What was unusual about it?

the lack of visible stars in the background

Please, tell us.

Honestly I think there's a big age divide on this subject. People born after the fact are much more prone to believe it was a hoax, because they've been exposed to increasingly wild (and unreal) special effects on video. Old farts, by contrast, know that that tech was a long, long way off in 1969.

You're being very generous with this... more people believe it was a hoax now because more people are just fricking idiots now.
