I'm still hopeful

Despite some significant evidence suggesting one should abandon hope, I'm still holding on. Defense looks very different with Lawson out there. If he and Matthews come back and stay healthy it should help dramatically. The corners are still going to be average and kris frost will continue to be a mystery, but we should be decent.
Offensively, I think Gus can figure it out. JJs only real problem is predetermining his throws. If he can get out of this habit, which he should be able to, he still had a chance to be a good qb. Also, the Oline should continue to improve. Gus is due for a good game play calling as well.
I'm typically more on the negabarner end of the spectrum, but as all of the super posibarners have shifted to super negabarner, I remain hopeful.

Same here. The team looks good. Malzahn needs to pull his head out of arse and realize JJ needs a lot of work.

It usually takes Gus several games to figure out what he has on O. If JJ can cut down on the picks, business will pick up, IMO.

We really need to get the running game going. Everything is so predicable right now. Gus needs to whatever he can to make Johnson at least somewhat of a threat on the ground if he won't adjust elsewhere.

I tend to think this is not something he can fix, else he would have already. It's a mental issue.

I'm pretty sure planned parenthood is selling pieces of that game yesterday.
