It wasn't holding just Richt back. It was holding back UGA football and other sports for that matter. What Richt helped pull off will help us far greater in the long run regardless who is coaching.
In any case, he won't be fired any time soon, so, your best bet is to resolve your cognitive dissonance issues and find peace in the reality of your favorite footnall sports club...
