The problem you've got, as an MSU fan, is that this has become a clear pattern for your players.
quote:How do you know he encourages it? You act as if players only play dirty if encouraged by someone.
why your coach is encouraging this kind of play.
quote:Holy shite you're a pussy. Had he actually hurt the guy or even seriously twisted his ankle then maybe suspend the player for a few games, but a season suspension for pressing down on someone's leg?
player should be suspended for the season and Mullen should be suspended for a game

First one...His intended point of contact upon his launch was around his midsection. Was unfortunate that he did misjudge how he would come down(which was assisted by another player).
2nd one was really unfortunate. Coaches on every level teach you to grab onto a runners leg and hold on until he's down. The momentum carried Trae over him and it's a really unfortunate play. That's the risk you take with playing this game. Sometimes, a coached-approach to a play might lead to an injury. It's just an unfortunate side-effect to the game that they play.
But MSu fans continue to bring up Elston. We've suspended him before because of a questionable play.....If you want to keep bringing him up as an example...then I fully expect you to call for your own player(s) to be suspended.

I don't know the name of the player in the OP...

Your post reads as if you're only referring to Dillon Day. The word "this" implies a single event. There are three events involving two different players. I can't help that you don't know how to properly convey whatever the hell point you're trying to make......
....even though your point is basically like Hitler saying "I know I murdered 60 million jews back then....but you can't name any other instance of it happening besides that one..."

You must be an English Major destined to make $30,000 a year in MS...I feel for you.

No, it would be like calling all of Germany evil spawns of satan when Hitler and Himmler were leading the Holocaust.
You act like State is full of nothing but thugs breaking ankles and gouging eyes out when in reality, Day and this incident are the only times I can think of something happening. This incident isn't even THAT unsportsmanlike. He pressed his leg into the ground.

....I never said you were a tPOS(even though you probably are). At no point, did I ever implicate the entire MSu fan base. I specifically pointed out two MSu players and the MSu coach. So...by your logic....Merlins and the players are comparable to Hitler and Himmler.

Because I know how to properly read and write makes me an English teacher? And all this time I thought anyone with an IQ higher than a potato knew how to spell and write a proper sentence.

Not everyone can spell correctly. In my field, we call them nurses.

I hope we start carrying shanks in our socks and make being as dirty as the Holocaust worth it.
