I mean I guess technically the Florida game actually brought the magic back, but "Bring Back the Magic" was an actual campaign that Gerry ran with for the 95 Auburn game

yeah right after Dinardo was hired he did a lot of barnstorming around the state and talked about "bringing the magic back" to Tiger Stadium. He got the NCAA to change their rules regarding jersey colors so we could wear white at home again. Those things plus him signing Kevin Faulk injected the fan base with a good bit of enthusiasm, and we played Auburn in the 3rd or 4th game of the season in 1995 at home at night when they were ranked in the top 5 and had only lost like 1 game in the previous few seasons. We won the game and DV was as wild as it has ever been. It really did bring the magic back.
