Other schools used the term even before A&M. A&M is the only one that got pissy about it (or actually took the time to copyright it).

You said other schools used the term. A single newspaper article doesn't really prove your point. Anything from a yearbook or a school newspaper article(s) that show a constant use of the term in reference to a specific student body?

Oh, and the answer will be no.

And just so you know, this has already been argued over and over again. You aren't bringing up anything new and the courts have ruled in our favor universally. Thus the settlement with the Seahawks. They knew they would lose and didn't want to pay the attorney fees to do so. We keep winning and there isn't anything you can do about it.
