So dumb to think he could make it through another year at Auburn. Dude should be getting paid (more) in the league right now.

he's just gonna show up for the games and tell Gus to throw him the damn ball.
but Gus might tell his arse to take a hike, i dont know.

yeah I thought he'd be a goner after last year, especially considering that he doesnt seem like the type who loves being in college. Doesnt make any sense to go back to school and now to be pulling this crap (whatever it is).

You can tell he wasn't there today.
quote:
The defense won Auburn's first scrimmage of the preseason Monday, and coach Gus Malzahn said it wasn't even close. "The defense completely dominated the scrimmage," Malzahn said of the 90-play practice in Jordan-Hare Stadium. Malzahn said it was the most dominant performance by a defense "since I've been a head coach." The offense didn't have a touchdown. "It was real football today. The defense did a good job," Malzahn said. "The defense had three turnovers, so they flat got after the offense.

He has a full schedule keeping with with his fight club obligations. He pretty much is a game time player and attends to other activities during the week

"He's gone for good. It's laughable to expect anything other than the thug culture that runs rampant through that football team. Gus is soft on discipline and let's his players walk all over him."

yeah it sounds to me like Carl Lawson did his best Myles Garrett impression on Shon Coleman.

Isn't that why he's out, lied about it to miss practice?
