No shite. It's called objectivism. At least our fanbase doesn't 100% think our DC is going to be elite. That would be delusional.

It'd be funny to see a fanbase think that unanimously

Yeah, I don't and neither do most rational fans. If Cam Cameron is worth his salary, Steele doesn't need to be an upgrade anyways.

I think most are just elated at the 2016 recruiting class and the HUGE upgrade at DL with Ed O.

Chavis was a really good dc, not sure why a handful of fans say otherwise.

and your own fan base has already conceded that your defense will still suck shite through a straw even after making Chavis the 2nd highest paid DC in the conference

1.3M and completely content with a 50th ranking.
