confirmed w/ google maps.

EIU's campus is 308 miles from Osceola.

Taking I40 to Fayetteville the trip is 355 miles, however, taking 412 the trip is 3 miles shorter from EIU's campus.

From Osceola, Google maps has you drive down to Memphis, over to Little Rock and then up to Fayetteville. That makes it 40 miles further than to Charleston, IL.

Too bad Garoppolo isn't still there that would have been a fun offense

So has it been determined if the foot JWill broke was the one he did that 450lb one leg squat?

Also I'm working on a JWill sig. Any suggestions?

thanks for posting the update. one thing (and i hope you don't take this the wrong way) - read over and edit your articles if you want the site to be taken seriously. a lot of awkward phrasing (what's up with the constant "your" throughout?) and some typos and misspelling (e.g. 'Rob[b] Smith' and 'dominate') make it read like a quickly written message board post.

looking forward to more practice updates.good luck with your future endeavor.

Indeed! But Chicken may not take too kindly to you only posting "found" links to your own site. Might want to vary your posts a bit!

No offense to the kid but it might be a long season if he stays there.

I think we're headed towards Ellis moving back to the middle and someone else taking over the Will.

It sounds like the coaches like him...sounds like height was why he wasn't recruited. Players saying good things..Doesn't hurt his dad was in the league...

Probably motivational

I guess you have to do things like that when you are forced to move your only FB to RB for depth.

So we are thin at LB too.

Great.

Harris is a player, just undersized. But we've had an occasional player stand out that shouldn't because they were undersized... Cherico, Olujabuto come to mind.

Coley moved down because Sykes is coming on at S.

Yup.

Coley looked really good against Texas, then again it was a defeated Texas team.

There's got to be something about Coley that's holding him back. Maybe the move to LB is a year late. We've heard a lot about how hard he plays and that he likes to hit. He couldn't do much to get playing time from Turner last year. I'm thinking his football instincts may not high level, or he's got slow first steps and gets beat in coverage or reacts late.

Has anybody on Bert's staff checked to see what Kennesaw State, THE Citadel, or Tennessee Tech have committed at LB? Possibly Texas State?

I wouldn't let pride get in the way of asking MA to use his influence for a little flipmas present for Bert to shore up that LB deficiency, at least going into next year.
