What he is trying to say is, we may not be getting the production out of our current management structure. Therefore, we may need a board meeting to reassign duties.

This would be my only issue. Our known mods aren't really around all that much seemingly, would be nice to have a couple more. Jonesy here and Rocky would both be good choices if they were down for it I think.
