The whole eyebrow thing wouldn't be a big deal if he didn't suck so bad, I think people would probably learn to accept them.

It's the fact that he's a terrible football player on top of being distractingly unappealing to look at that offends people so much.

He had some in HS. Is there a particular reason? His eyebrows drastically alter his appearance. He has a big forehead but it's grossly exaggerated by his lack of brows.

Obviously he's a fan of the film Pink Floyd - The Wall and Bob Geldof's portrayal of the character Pink which was based on band member Syd Barrett.

Yeah that's it.

Why are you rolling your eyes at your own explanation

Because he doesn't shave them. The question is ludicrous as was my explanation. You've been told a zillion times, the kid has alopecia.

It gives them an excuse when they go 5-7 and Dobbs looks like garbage. He has eyebrow mange! Leave him alone!

99% of you hillbillies had never seen the word alopecia before this year, and now you throw it out there as if everyone should know what it is and sympathize with it.

If you have alopecia, I thought you lost all your hair not just your eyebrows.

I would be willing to bet that 50% or so on this board have some form of alopecia. There are different types, which basically describe the aggressiveness of your hair loss.

I know someone w/ alopecia and since seeing it, I've seen it w/ almost every guy who doesn't have a 100% full thick beard. Keanu Reeves has it, Chris Pratt has it, Ehrlich from Silicone Valley has it, which is why he has his beard in a crazy style. Also just b/c someone has alopecia and won't die from it like one might would with cancer, doesn't make the disease any less significant. Imagine being a woman and losing your hair from this, are you saying that it wouldn't be very traumatic for her?

Also look at how much shite Dobbs is taking from it, you don't think people staring at him all day isn't a bad thing? Also if that is all the hair he has left, on the top of his head, I don't blame him for wanting to keep or show off, the only bit of hair that he does has.

Yall acting like this is a crippling illness is hella hypocritical when you compare it to shite we say about every other player/coach's looks they can't help

I was overweight once. I got my arse on a treadmill, an elliptical and the pavement (jogging) and lost 45 pounds over a five month period. I'm now very close to peak physical condition at age 33.

I see no reason why Bret can't do a little exercise and/or make a few less trips to the buffet.

Point being, comparing alopecia to being fat is not an apples-apples comparison.

That being said I've read that one of the causes of alopecia is a vitamin D deficiency and that direct, near daily sun exposure and/or high quality D3 supplements can reverse it in many cases.

True but Saban can't help being a member of the Lollipop Gang and we still mock his height.

You are right on the mark. These hickbillies are throwing around fancy words like they can pronounce them correctly with no teeth.

They seem very defensive of this particular player, as if he needs protecting from others much more than normal players not infected with a contagious skin disease.

I'm talking about physical appearance altered from a medical condition. Also 5'6 is avg height, but standing next to big arse football players would make him look small. Personally, I would rather make fun of Saban's excuses after shitting the field than his height or weight.
