Dude, we wear overalls and cargo shorts. Where are you getting this cowboy hat shite from?

Don't sell out our Texan culture to "fit in", baw.

Besides, LSU and their weirdo French culture and Florida with their jewish-elderly-wildman-cocaine culture are huge outliers too. Every state in tSouth has uniqueness.

And dude, you must have NOT gone to Texas A&M if you don't think we're a Wranglers and Cowboy boots school.

I am not. You have been to games. It is a lot of overalls in the student section and pretty much maroon tourist clothing elsewhere. I have seen more no cattle ten gallon hats at a Texas game.

I mean there is that element sure. It is a very Texan school, with Texan music and Texas styling. It feels rural, and not very metropolitan. But it isn't like Tarleton State University where it is all shite kicker U. Many of the kids come from the burbs, and you are just as likely (I think more) to see someone wearing a baseball cap and sandels around campus as you are to see someone Cowboyed up.

Where I will give us credit is our guys are the real deal. I mean some of those jacked up trucks have never hauled something heavy ever, but the guys wearing the hats aren't doing it for the Dallas reason. I respect that.

What I was replying to is some notion that we fit the stereotype put forth in The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas, and we know that isn't true.
