I haven't written him off yet. He can turn it around. However we will be just fine with or without him. Between Nacho, Speedy, Kirk, Reynolds, & Pope we have plenty of talent, speed, and size.

Yep. We'll be just fine. If RSJ finds his nuts, so much the better, but we're a-ok either way.
