You do know Bama had a few players as did UNC suspended for being at a party with a couple sports agents right? So in the eyes of the NCAA Sports agent contact is pretty serious to them. I'm not sure about what all happened or was alleged to happen with Tunsil and the agents or whether he gets suspended for it or not, but I do know the NCAA sees them as a serious problem.

it wasnt for just being at a party with agents. it was because the agents paid for them to come to miami and everyone also lied in the beginning about it

I think the lesson to be learned from the Miami agent party deal is what happened to AJ Green. TMZ reported that AJ Green was also at this party, but he was not. When the NCAA came snooping around they asked for his bank records which were provided (for some stupid reason). From these bank records, the NCAA learned that AJ sold his Bowl game jersey to a guy who was determined to be a runner for an agent.

Therefore, AJ got suspended for 4 games for something completely different than what the NCAA was looking into
