Yes. The only true word of God. It is historically accurate and not prone to scientific absurdities like other ancient religions. Over 300 OT prophecies came to fruition. Not mere generalizations but accurate foretellings about the birth, life, crucifiction, and resurrection of Christ. Its accuracy is also supported by the accountings of historians from the era of Christs time on earth. Archeology supports the accuracy of the Bible as well with Thousands of sites mentioned in the Bible having been found.
What other religion or religious text can claim even 1/10th of the accuracy of the Bible? It has withstood the test of time due to the truth therein. All other religions are false. But I won't behead you for disagreeing.

No they didn't.

This is a great discussion for us to have again in 2,000 years. I'll mark it in my calendar, I look forward to exploring this topic in greater depth with a few of you at that time.

The accuracy of the Bible, I think is dubious for a few reasons.
1. Transcribed many times from several different languages, all open to interpretation of original meaning.
2. The KJB most people are familiar with was a compromise forced by King James I of England to get the puritans and the Church of England on the same page (literally) as they had two separate documents at least used as the "word of God".
3. There are whole other parts of the bible that are not included because they didnt fit the general story line. Dead Sea scrolls contain many of them.
The Bible, I believe contains much truth. However, it is the work of man and a political work at that.

In your opinion.

Ok. First of all, it's not historically accurate. There is nothing outside of the OT that places Jews in Egypt under any pharaoh at any time. Egyptians kept impeccable records, pretty sure that would have been documented.
You're right, there is no possible way that whomever wrote the NT could fabricate it in such a way as to coincide with the OT prophecies. Smh

You do realize the entire religion is based on scientific absurdities.
