Basically, any QB out of high school that's ever run for more than 1 first down is labeled a dual threat.

The bigger question is how many of these high-school "dual threat" QB's actually have a future at QB. Most high schools just take the best athlete on the team and snap it to him out of the gun.

Winston ran for less than 300 yards in college. He is a pocket passer.

Same here. I don't think you'll ever hear Winston described as "elusive" unless he pulls an OJ styled white Bronco ride.
