A short career without a natty title. Maybe another conference title. That is a good career though.
Depends on what you call mid tier. If he wins 2 conference titles in about 5 years or so that is solid.
No he will not outlast those coaches since he will head to the NFL the first chance he gets.

too late. Several NFL gauged his interest and he isn't interested at the moment. He could be down the road, but he's not interested in doing the NFL thing now.
