Everybody else can figure out their own teams record.

Hahahaha, Arkansas has won more division titles than A&M. Please delete this thread because you're going to attract more piggies thumping their chest than Mizzou fans being butthurt.

I know this is a thread born of butthurt, but it's pretty impressive that Florida won four of the first five SECCG's, and they've only ever lost to Alabama.
It's scary to remember how good that team can be. We'd better enjoy them down while we can.

This really makes me wonder how good that 2005 LSU team could have been...
I bring this up bc that's the year we lost to Georgia in SECCG.
It was the year of Katrina, campus was an evac hospital. Didn't play a home game until Tennessee Monday night, we were up 21-0 and ended up losing in OT. That was only loss of regular season however. We went 11-1 w no bye weeks I believe, or at least 10 straight games leading into that Georgia SECCG.
Got smoked but we were gassed. Rested up and beat a top 10 Miami team 40-3 with our backup QB in bowl game.
That 05 team lost some absolute studs and that 06 team had 4 first rounders. Then NC in 07. The amount of talent stockpiled by saban was ridiculous...
Just crazy to think the run we could have had. Went 11-2, 11-2,12-2(NC) from 05-07 losing saban and getting Katrina.

This thread actually poses a good question.
What's more relevant? Two division titles the last two seasons with no conference championship OR One Conference championship 20 years ago and nothing since?

Well, if you are counting 1998 it would have to be 5 division titles to one conference championship.

Yea, that 05 season was an odd one for LSU for sure. Definitely the best team Georgia has blown out under Richt.

Shockley was unreal that game.
Looking back the loss doesn't bother me as much as it did at the time. It was my first time in Arlanta and I had a blast. Plus it let us go to the Peach Bowl and bootyblast da U

You should be embarrassed by this thread.

Why would you include the big 12 but not the acc?
Lame.

A conference championship is more relevant.

Maybe I'm missing somebody. 04 LSU? 06 Auburn? 07 Hawaii? Who you got?
I've probably forgotten some obvious options.

I would agree with that. I can think of a handful, but I definitely think the 2005 LSU team was the most talented.

Most ESPN analysts from what I remember were calling LSU the most talented team in the country on paper. Even more talented than the Trojans of USC with their juggernaut of an offense.
