Exactly this. Mrs. Tantal gets her way about 90% of the time, but it's mostly on petty, inconsequential shite where I really DGAF either way so it's not worth arguing over. Then there are things (usually major financial decisions) where my word is the law and she knows not to question it. It's worked for 16 years without serious incident.

Same here. I know I'm only gonna win 1 out of 10 arguments. So, you better make sure what your arguing over is worth winning.

1. Be sure to get a good night's sleep the day before the wedding. Don't pass out. The floor is meant for feet, not heads. I've heard.
2. I hope your relationship is strong enough to tolerate each other's differences and interests. Nothing kills a marriage faster than having a clinging partner who demands most of your time.

Enjoy it... Have a blast before you have kids, because then schedules and life will change dramatically.. My wife and I traveled a ton before we had kids, but I still look back and would have loved to backpack Europe... I'll have to save that dream for retirement..
