Yeah, don't give me that. I played baseball competitively for years. I started at age 4 and played until I was 14. Even then I still played pick up games with friends throughout high school and college.

I love the sport. It's my second favorite after football. But I have never been a fan of the college game. It is a vastly inferior product to even the minors.

The same could be said for college football. Also, if you actually do know anything about the intricacies of the game, you'd have to agree that folks who don't, usually don't like to watch the game.

Not really.

Some guys prefer playing in facilities nicer than farm leagues and getting a free education on top of that for 2-3 years. Traveling by charter rather than by bus.
