Had they landed Kheil Fraizer instead of having to settle for Brandon Allen?
We all remember Fraizer winning the Heisman for his performances against Ozark and Gravette.

Brandon Allen is a top notch FCS or D2 quarterback.

How Good Would Arkansas Be This Year?
If they still had Bobby Petrino as head coach?

Khiel Frazier was an Elite 11 QB, Brandon Allen was not.

poor khiel. there was no way he was ever going to live up to the hype surrounding him whether he played at Arkansas or auburn
but auburn fans shouldn't feel too bad about over hyping him. his stats were inflated by a gimmick high school offense

The potential is there for them to have a very strong season. My concern is they may not have enough quality depth to overcome injuries to sustain strong play week to week.
The goal for Arkansas will be to head into October without a loss and then try to split the Oct. games. If they can do that they are right in the mix for the SEC West.

More talented than Neil Caudle no where near as injury plagued.

I do feel this may be the most balanced Arkansas team in about 15 or 17 years.

I'm glad schools like Auburn can recruit well enough, to take those kind of hits. I think Arkansas would have just won one SEC game last year with him instead of the 2.

Y'all would probably have the best team in school history. Still not good enough to win the SEC or anything, but all-time great by Arkansas standards.

Yep, thank God Auburn is such a strong program. They would never find themselves an injury at the goal line away from 3-5 in conference. Especially after selling their souls to the devil for a national title loss. And they most certainly would never go winless in the sec.

Result of playing in such a shitty state for HS football.

Seeing as he's got a 2-15 record in conference play, not much worse.

Yea but we would win the SEC after that to make up for it.

If Allen can replicate his 4:1 TD to int ratio from last year and raise his completion % a few % Arkansas will do alright.

hey you leave Gravette out of this! I married a Gravette girl

IDK...probably good enough to win 7-8 games. Wait...
