Trying to figure out what's going on. Military personnel have taken over Midland Texas north super center store and turned it into a command post of some sort. Police guarding all back docks and armed military guarding front entrances.

Anyone have any insight? Curious if this is the same for the other 6 store closures.

Walmart seems to be getting a bad rap over this, but what's not reported is the entire store was donated to local food banks and homeless shelters.

Some real End Times shite going on. Has anyone evaluated Doug McMillon for his potential as the biblical Anti-Christ?

No link, we have production in Midland/Odessa and I'm here now.

Had no idea north location was closed and went by yesterday to get a pack of ink pens. I decided fairly quick it was in my best interest in leaving.

I googled my arse off when I got back to my office yesterday. Everything I find seems to be those plumbing issues or groups accusing Walmart of getting back at workers.

Not the case.

It was one of those real life "shits getting real" moments, if you know what I mean. Certainly has my brain wondering all directions about possibilities for sure.

i'm pretty sure they closed suddenly without removing any of the inventory. the police are probably to guard it from looting/vandalism.

No. The store is empty and merchandise has been donated.

Store, from what I've been told is some sort of command post with military computers, etc.

So this is hearsay? I would take that with one giant grain of salt... it sounds wildly implausible.

No, not hearsay.

The pharmacy is still open. You must check in outside and then you're escorted in by guards to the pharmacy to pick up your prescription.

There are military vehicles parked in parking lot.

Doing some more searching this morning has turned up Jade Helm 15. Not quite sure what all that is, but it seems like some type of large military practice in preparation for WWIII or Marshall Law.

I'm pretty sure that Texas has military bases the military can operate from...

Using a Walmart as a military base is pure bullshite.

What part of I went to this walmart yesterday and saw military vehicles and police guarding entrances and exits doesn't quite register with you?

I'm guessing you've never seen a homeland security exercise before right?

More rabble rousing.

Now.. if you're going to simulate anything with a department store and work on any type of situation.. would you leave the entrance to an exercise unguarded so that anybody could wander in and get hurt.. or would you mark if off and set up a perimeter so that training can take place with minimal interruption.

6 month training closing one of the top 10 stores walmart has?

Why not admit to just some small training exercise and not lie about plumbing issues?
