Knoxville is at least in a beautiful area, even if the town is something of a dump. Baton Rouge has nothing going for it, with the notable exception of a high ratio of loose college girls.

Agree with that, but Knoxville, overall, is depressing as hell. Makes no sense to include it for surrounding beauty but rank Fayetteville so low (which is a much nicer town also situated in a nice area).
