Uh yeah that's why he's penned more executive orders than all the previous presidents before him combined. He sucks, his foreign policy sucks, Obamacare sucks, his socialist views suck, and the people he put in his cabinet suck.

I'm not a liberal or conservative because I'm not a total fricking imbecile, but this is not true. And yes, GW is maybe the dumbest person to ever hold the office.

According to this UCSB, he actually has less than Bush, total and average per year. He's actually way behind the ball compared to 20th century Presidents.
