The reason Obama is an ineffective president is because congress is dominated by conservatives so that almost everything he tries to get done gets tossed away by the idiots in the tea party

Uh yeah that's why he's penned more executive orders than all the previous presidents before him combined. He sucks, his foreign policy sucks, Obamacare sucks, his socialist views suck, and the people he put in his cabinet suck.






Eta: he had a Democrat majority in Congress for awhile and he still sucked

Congress stalls him, but he had a super majority for two years. He made his own bed.
