1) Hate to hear that about Cam Sims. Hope he recovers quickly.

Me too. I was looking forward to seeing Cam Sims ball out this season.

I'm disappointed in his comments about Taylor. Saban had the golden opportunity to admit fault and take a stand, but he did neither. He wouldn't even say that he regrets letting Taylor in, or that he would reconsider allowing another DV case on the football team. Instead he came across as stubborn and placed all of the blame on Taylor. Nevermind that JT shouldn't have been given a second (third) chance to begin with.

Good post.

Not being anti-bama, this is just common sense.

I agree. I'm not going to pile on, but he took an unnecessary risk and it blew up in his face. He could have showed some contrition and made a stand and then moved on. Instead, he doubled down and guaranteed the questions and examination of his decision continue.

You've stood firm on this since January. Kudos to you

More posters like you would make the rant a better place.

It should be on Taylor. Saban stuck his own neck out for him (look at how he's getting drug through the mud today; just think if he was an unsuccessful coach) and he completely pissed away the opportunity.
