Tuesday/Wednesday will be big for SEC bubble-ish teams.
TN @ LSU
OM @ Bama
aTm @ UF
UGA is going to lose to UK which isnt a killer, but those are must win games for those 3 teams IMO.

I agree, any of those losses would be bad for the bubble teams. Lsu going 0-2 would be a killer, A&M losing to Florida would all but eliminate them, and if Ole Miss loses to Bama they will be on a major skid that could keep them out completely.

Nah...
LSU certainly is though.

Plenty of bubble teams in other conferences playing too, little to early to write anyone off before conference tournaments even begin.

If A&M wins one more game and finishes in the top 40 rpi, we're locks.

Lock is a strong word considering we don't have an idea about bid stealing teams in conference tournaments. However I think aTm is fine as long as they don't drop the Bama game at home. A road loss to UF isn't a resume killer.

A team from a power conference with 20+ wins and a top 40 rpi has NEVER been left out of the tournament. Ever.

If you go 1-1 this week you won't have a top 40 RPI.

NEVER and Ever are also strong words, especially when you capitalize them

It would be close, but I don't think a loss on the road to Florida would drop us out of the top 40.
In any case, we certainly would not be "all but eliminated."

Now he's (Goodman) saying he loves Portis, and he thinks we are top 25 but he's not sold on our guards.

What a stupid comment.

Goodman is making those statements about Arkansas and the rest of the league due to Kentucky's dominance. Obviously he doesn't believe in Kentucky, or he wouldn't say stupid things like that
