So I looked up your program history.

Overall win %=.602 710-461-48
Bowl record=17-19 .472
claimed national titles 3 (last one 1939)
conference titles 18(17 in the South West and 1 in the Big 12 in 16 years)Best run in the SW was late 80's early 90's with Texas being the main threat in the conference.

aTm has a winning record against

Big 12 54.87%
C-USA 64.10%
MWC 100%
Sun Belt 90.48%
WAC 100%

VS. other conferences less than .500

Finished only once ranked #1 in 1939

Not sure what I am missing here.

You keep trying to make a blue blood or all time argument and are ignoring who is a "top job" today. This isn't about the past, it's about who has the best situation now and going forward.

What you're missing is some self awareness about the fact that you're being overdramatic. You're acting like we're Tulane or something in terms of football history

if you could find 25 other football programs with
quote:

Overall win %=.602 710-461-48 Bowl record=17-19 .472 claimed national titles 3 (last one 1939) conference titles 18
then please post them. no one is calling ourselves Alabama or USC. but please stop trying to act like we aren't a top 20/25 football program of all time
