It's not your fault because every new influx of fans here suck. However, it doesn't change the sucking part.
Post a synopsis in quotes if you don't want to be part of that sucking crew UT fans here have. They are small in numbers but high in suckage.

Yeah, if we had gotten Richmond I'm sure we would have kept the 300 pound guy at QB/TE/FB.
Edit: Idiot.

Thanks for the tip. I follow Mississippi schools on Bleacher Report as i'm from Memphis, went to graduate school in Jackson, and played for Freeze.
It was the first time I've posted with a link, and was trying to figure it out from the iPhone. I've been following threads on the Rant since May or June, but just don't post frequently.

It's not like he was a bottom tier 4* either. He was the number 3 OT in the country, and would have been a damn good pickup, regardless of who picked him up.
But, Y'all have so many 4 and 5* recruits come through Alabama that it's an average, ordinary recruiting cycle for you. Now, it will be nice to see these recruits mature into great players in order to have meaning in our rivalry games again.

That and Richmond is key to solving our oline problems - most notably the fact that last year the only true tackle we had was Senior walkon Jacob Gilliam who tore his ACL in the first game and by midseason said 'I'm playing, no ACL be damned.'
He is also helpful in reestablishing our roots in Memphis. Dooley pissed off HS coaches and neglected all of Tennessee's in-state talent and Memphis has always been harder to recruit because of distance (we can bring in kids from Ohio and Michigan as well as the Deep South and Mid Atlantic that are all closer to our campus than Memphis is).
Richmond gives us options at tackle and may prove the difference in winning and losing a few games this year given our tackle situation (Dobbs is an escape artist whose presence improved our line by miles but even he can't outrun everything all year).
