Well we're ahead of schools like UNC and Ohio State for mid-career salaries, so as long as you aren't an idiot and major in a worthless degree, you should leave LSU with a good job in a great field of work

LSU has a good engineering school and engineers make money. Not journalism, english, or liberal arts majors.

That article says that 27% of LSU faculty and 1,400 classes could be cut which would jeopardize the accreditation of the engineering & buisness colleges. Do you consider those majors worthless?

IMO, those are severe cuts for the BR campus.
