If you look at the shape this program was in for the last decade, Jones’ recruiting efforts were beyond impressive … again. For the second straight year, Jones reeled in the No. 5 recruiting class in the country and is continuing to build a solid foundation at Tennessee. The Vols signed 13 ESPN 300 members and 18 total four-star prospects. The Vols signed 12 players who ranked within the top 10 at their positions and had one of the biggest steals of the day by flipping four-star offensive tackle Drew Richmond from Ole Miss. Another great class shows how far the program has come under Jones and the potential it has.

Gene Chizik 2.0 has won conference titles in the MAC and Big East and is about to win one in the SEC. Where did Butch start out 5-19 coaching wise? Get a new comparison moron.

Congratulations on finishing with the top rated class on signing day. That was quite an accomplishment.
And congratulations to Florida, since they would now "own" signing day because they sure as hell own Tennessee.

Too bad you can't split the SEC title with 7 other teams like you could the old Big East ones that Butch won.
However, he can do the whole Liberty/Belk Bowl part.

And using the same logic as this thread, Butch Jones now OWNS college football because they had a winning record and won a minor bowl game.
