they really should separate the categories between small and large campuses.
Small campuses have the luxury of not having to deal with infrastructure.
Rhodes college has like 1 little street that runs through it.

It's also in Memphis, so it overcame significant obstacles to make this list

Well if we did that then we'd have to create a category for UT which would be something like: "Sorry we only have about 2 really cool old buildings that survived because our campus was a battleground during the Civil War."
But I see your point. Infrastructure and where the college is located matter a great deal in terms of campus beauty. For the most part, smaller campuses should be prettier than larger ones because it's a bit easier to manage it all.
