The bottom line of Thanksgiving is they thought it was their tradition, and not our tradition. They thought that they could have full custody to the day (when TEXANS are looking for football) simply by rotating some private schools in because it was really all about them and never even a little bit about us.

I hate to break it to your aghole-centric self, but The University of Texas played other teams on Thanksgiving before its first Turkey Day tilt versus A&M.

Nor, after first playing A&M on Thanksgiving, was A&M the sole Texas opponent on Thanksgiving Day (Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Baylor come to mind).

Get over yourself.

I never said it was only A&M's day or only A&M's tradition. We aren't Longhorns, we don't assume we own a game played by two teams. Just like we don't assume people want to watch a game between two teams on a network that is tied to just one of them.

Yall can have all the Thanksgiving games you want. Doesn't hurt us, or those massive ratings.

Edit: What is it about me? Why am I the Aggie that forces your lurking arse to actually put another post on the count? I can't figure that one out...
