Not to mention Alabama didn't start making a legitimate commitment to non-revenue sports en masse until the 2000's.

Now, Alabama has Top 5 programs and recent national titles in Softball, Mens Golf, Womens Golf, Football and Gymanstics, and Top 25 programs in Mens Tennis, Womens Tennis, Baseball, all the running, etc. Pretty big change in the last 15 years.

I wonder whether Arkansas or LSU will get that tie breaker championship soon. Track is coming up so we have a shot but LSU is solid in so many sports.

I fully expect some of the other SEC teams to make a run on titles in non revenue sports in the coming decade, the SEC network and the money coming in from our TV contracts could really see a boom period for overall sports in the conference.

Right now I think we are waiting to see if USCe or Tenn in women's basketball, UK in men's, and Mizzou in wrestling will be adding some titles to the conference haul.
