2016 Five Star QB Shea Patterson -- Calvary Baptist (Shreveport, LA)

Composite five star guy who has a top 3 of LSU, Ole Miss, and USC.
It's worth noting that his brother is a grad assistant at LSU, however from what I've been hearing, Ole Miss is trending as the team to beat for Shea. It's also worth noting that Ole Miss has an administration position available after Freeze promoted one of our admins to a coaching role (Batoon - safeties).
Would Freeze reach out to Patterson's brother?
He visits unofficially on our elite junior day (1/30/15) and said earlier that we're recruiting him the hardest.
Should be an interesting recruitment until he decides before his senior year.

Ok. You have to go back to 2004 for the last Ole miss QB to start that wasn't a transfer. Think about that for a second.

He will have to go to JUCO first if he wants to be a Rebal.

I mean, he can go play in a similar system he plays in now, or he can go hand it off to Fournette or another RB 40 times a game and run out of the I for the majority of his career.
I think he's a Reb.

How far back do you go to find an actual QB from LSU?

2013.. But you wouldn't know it if you only watched the LSU/Ole Miss game that season

Ummmm....Mett?
Patterson is priority #1 for LSU, IMO. As long as we keep his brother on staff, I think he's LSU's in the end.

Thought about it for a second....moved on.

Likelyhood of his brother staying on staff isn't good IMO
Shea is the key to a lot of talent in Louisiana next year.. Someone will reach just to secure Shea

I think Shea couldn't care less. And if he cares about that, he needs to look at QB development in Baton Rouge too.
Bo was groomed by Freeze at his first stop at Arky State. He still put up good numbers in his three years here.

Is all the talk about another coach possibly for him VT?
If he leaves, it will definitely be interesting

He'll most likely be at lsu but ole miss is giving a good pull. As far as I've heard as long as Cam Cameron's at lsu he'll be there
