What does it do?

It's supposed to be loaded with nutrients, and I think it's great after eating something really heavy....no, it's not some natural laxative. just has a very high acidic level. it can be an appetite suppressant if that's the route you're looking for.

It's also good for your skin, cooking, etc. It has a lot of utility.

It is one of the few healthy "supplements" that I can't find much refuting it. ACV has seemingly withstood the test of time as for as a natural remedy for a lot of things, as it's been used for a really long time.

The same applies for coconut oil. I asked earlier about the multivitamins because I have some family in the medical field that think they're a waste and placebo. Apparently your body isn't supposed to intake that high volume of a nutrient content, so it's best to get your nutrition from food. I've read about both sides, but frick if I know. HUUGGGEE industry though
