Maybe I'm wrong, but you don't hold a press conference to announce you're staying. Good college career. Smart to go this year with the small number of quality QBs in the draft. Still...Buh-bye tweet

It's unlikely, but not impossible he's announcing he's staying. I think I recall Ricky Williams giving a press conference to announce he was returning for his senior season at UTx.
But yeah, he's probably gone. He can't help himself any more.
