Majority of the time, offenses have more to do with their teams winning a championship than the defense does. That is my point, yes.

A great example of needed a great offense more than a great defense is LSU in 2011. Arguably one of the best defenses ever but had an average offense.

Well you're wrong. You want to prove your point, then go find all the National Championship teams that had an offense ranked in the top 10 and a defense ranked outside the top 50. If there are more than 10 of them I'll be shocked.

So you're saying a good offense coupled with one of the all time great defenses would have won a national title? That's a revelation right there.
