This post is for BayouBengal99.
Against Arkansas Chubb had 30 carries for 202 for a 6.7 average. Fournette's stats were 5 carries for 9 yards for a 1.8 average.
Against Auburn Chubb had 19 carries for 144 yards for a 7.6 average. Fournette's stats were 10 carries for 42 yards for a 4.2 average.
Against Florida Chubb had 21 carries for 156 yards for a 7.4 average. Fournette's stats were 27 carries for 140 yards for a 5.2 average.
Against Kentucky Chubb had 13 carries for 170 yards for a 13.1 average. Fournette had 13 carries for 40 yards for a 2.7 average.
BayouBengal99 said that Fournette numbers against the same defenses would blow away Chubbs if Fournette got the same number of carries. No way.

Im sure whatever you are trying to show is a retarded comparison anyway

So your saying Chubb did nothing to show that he was better than Fournette?

Chubb is better. Anyone outside of Louisiana will tell you that.

Go back and look at the first post. I accidently posted before I finished and had to edit. My screw up. But there is no comparison between the freshman backs that favors Fournette.

If Chubb stays healthy for 3 yrs he will be the reason Fournette never gets the heisman.

Chubb was definitely better, anyone can see that. Hes not the reason Fournette wont win a Heisman. The same reason Chubb wont win one, and Melvin Gordon didnt win one. They're not QBs, so they would have to be on an undefeated team to get major consideration.

This is a good point. The QBS really start out as a favorite now. With the dual threat of running and passing stats.
I think Four. is a great player as is Chubb. Chubb I think is more durable and lasts longer. But Four. Had that Xbox factor , very exciting circle b button moves. And probsbly is better a top end speed. Really too early to say who'll be the best though.

Will depend on the OLs and how well UGA's starting QB develops.
UGA returns 4 starters and a ton of back up experience but replacing David Andrews, the true captain of the line will be hard.
This year, the QBs can sling it again. They will likely have more INTs though. However, they will have a lot of good receivers.
There will be a lot of sharing of the load I think between Chubb, Michel, and Marshall, not to mention some Turman possibly. I could definitely see some 2 back sets on the offense.

Chubb this year, Fournette going forward.
